Shipping policy

KINGDOM PROMISES MINISTRIES CORP (KPM) ships product through Printify. As a print-on-demand company, Printify specializes in creating unique products that are made only once they are ordered. Accordingly, returns or exchanges for products that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or if the customer changed their mind are not able to be facilitated. Nevertheless, if a manufacturing error or a damaged product is discovered, a replacement or a refund to any client who contacts us within 15 days of product delivery can be obtained.

In the event that a customer would like to upgrade their shipping, they may do so by locating the specific order and clicking on the "Upgrade Shipping" option. The estimated upgrade costs will be displayed, and confirmation of the request will be required. Please be advised that there are certain instances where the estimated upgrade costs are not calculated automatically; however, you will be contacted with further information and guidance.
